How to set your personalized URL

In this post, I will explain how users can set their own personalized URL. By default, the system will take the username to form the URL. For example, if the username is Jonathan, the url will be http://www.tinkrbox.com/tb/Jonathan.
Good thing is that, this process is totally reversible so assuming I want to change to Jonathan2001, [...]
